Der fliegende Holländer | Rusalka | Don Giovanni


Four nights in the wonderful city of Prague with productions at the State Opera, the National Theatre and a performance of Mozart’s Don Giovanni in the original Estates Theatre where it received its premiere in 1791.

Cultural visits to some fascinating museums

 and churches in the city 


Early booking is essential. 


Day 1 

Meet at the classic Esplanade Hotel in central Prague. Welcome drinks and a short walking tour around Wenceslas Square precede dinner in one of the fine old town restaurants.


Day 2 

Visit to the Royal Palace and the cathedral of St Vitus, followed by a visit to the Lobkowicz Palace. We return to the hotel for an early supper and the first evening performance at the State Opera.

Day 3 

Today we visit the Dvořák Museum housed in villa ‘Amerika’ and the wonderful National Museum. Some free time in the afternoon before dinner and the evening performance of Dvořák’s fantastical tale of the water maiden at the National Theatre.

Day 4 

Today we visit St Agnes’ church which houses a superb museum of medieval paintings. Lunch will be taken in the old town and the performance of the new production of Mozart’s opera at the Estates Theatre begins at 17h00.
